One of the newest cultivars in Saitama Prefecture, the Yumewakaba (ゆめわかば, dream young leaf) is a cultivar developed by the Saitama Prefectural Agriculture and Forestry Research Center. The uniqueness of this cultivar lies in its aroma. Once steeped, you will sense a soft and gentle smell. At Yoshino Tea Garden, we recommend this tea more as a occasional tea that will delight you over an everyday, go to tea. Steeping Notes

Tea: 5 grams. Time: 60 sec. Water: 70C/175F, 200 ml.

Steep immediately upon second steep, and 30-60 seconds for the third steep.
