4g Kurogoma & Kinako Powder
60 ml Hot Water (60°C)
160 ml Creamy Milk (full fat milk or creamy plant based milk)
- In a small bowl, combine the tea powder with hot water (60°C/140°F) and whisk with a chasen (bamboo whisk) until smooth.
- Prepare the Glass: Fill a glass with ice cubes and milk.Â
- Layer the Latte: Gently pour the tea mixture from Step 1 over the edge of an ice cube so it flows down slowly without directly mixing with the ice below. This helps create a beautiful layered effect.Â
