The finest matcha made with single cultivar Samidori tea leaves grown under canopy and handpicked in the Tenryu mountains of Western Shizuoka. Osada Tea works closely with farms to ensure highest quality with minimal impact to the environment, and grinds the tencha leaves into matcha by stone mill after refinement.
This matcha has a light and smooth mouthfeel. The flavor is refreshing and round, making it easy to drink. There is a hint of astringency giving the matcha a light and breezy flavor.
