This flavorful black tea features the new Shoushun cultivar, named in honor of baseball superstar Shohei Ohtani (the Shou 翔 is taken from his name, shun 春 means spring). An early budding leaf carefully harvested by hand to create an ultra premium tea with fine, delicate leaves, and a rich, sweet, toasty flavors

- For a strong bodied tea: Tea: 5g. Time: 3 min. Water: 90C/194F, 200 ml.
- Resteep 3 times. Depending on your preference, you may be able to get another cup or two from this leaf.
