An early picking of the prized asatsuyu cultivar tea leaves from tea farmer Matsuo Masatoshi's tea garden. This cultivar is called a "natural gyokuro" because of the naturally high level of sweetness it produces in comparison to Yabukita leaves.

- Time: 60 sec (10-15 sec, on 2nd; 30-60 sec on 3rd steeping)
- Water: 70C/158F, 200 ml (hotter temp for a more bitter brew)
